Amount of Protein





 

1-100 grams of meat in general ---- 24 grams protein approx.
2-100 grams of chicken breast ---- 29 grams protein approx.
3-100 grams of chicken wings ---- 6 grams protein approx.
4-100 grams of fish ---- almost 23 grams protein.

 
5. hen's egg (cooked) ---- 6 grams protein approx.
6. cup of milk ---- 8 grams protein approx.
7-100 grams of most cheeses ---- almost 22 grams protein.
8. half cup of most legumes ---- 9 grams protein approx.
9. half cup of almonds (and most nuts) ---- 16 grams protein approx.
10 - Two tablespoons of peanut butter ---- almost 8 grams protein
